•    Orders placed before 3 PM (UAE time) will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
•    Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed on the next business day.
•    Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location within the UAE.
Shipping Charges
•    Free shipping on orders above TWO BAGS.
•    A standard delivery fee of AED 19 applies to orders below TWO BAGS.
Delivery Locations
•    We deliver across all emirates in the UAE, including remote areas. However, delivery times may vary for locations outside major cities.
Order Tracking
•    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your package in real time.
Failed Delivery Attempts
•    In case of a failed delivery attempt due to incorrect or incomplete address details, our delivery team will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated attempts.
