Refund policy
Returns
• Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt) must be provided.
Non-Refundable Items
• Perishable goods, customized items, or sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges

Shipping Costs
